The La Jolla school offers a Lower and Elementary School program—kindergarten through sixth grade—and is located in the heart of the seaside community of La Jolla. The San Marcos school is situated in the historic Old Richland Schoolhouse in the middle of San Marcos, just off Highway 78.

The Delphi Academy of San Diego schools are part of the Delphi Schools Network, a group of independent schools sharing uniquely developed curriculum and teaching methods. Children may enroll in either school as early as four years old, assuming the student will become five years old sometime during the current school year.
